Sorting them by hand means opening a website per row. With a VA that is a few days and a few arguments about what counts as software.
In Columns you write the question as a column header: "Is this a B2B SaaS company?" Every row gets a yes or no and a confidence number. Most rows will be clear. Sort by confidence and read the low ones yourself, since those are the rows where a wrong call costs you.
It will not be right on every row, which is why the confidence number is there. Treat high confidence as "probably fine" and spot check a few anyway.

How it works
- 1Upload a CSV.
- 2Paste the question as a column header.
- 3Sort by confidence, check the low ones.
Every answer comes with a confidence number. Sort by it and read the uncertain rows first, instead of all of them.

Questions
- How does it decide?
- It judges each row from the columns in your sheet, such as the company name, website and any description you include. The more you give it, the better the answer.
- What does the confidence number mean?
- It shows how sure the answer is. Sort by it and read the low rows first. A high number is not a guarantee, so spot check a few anyway.
- How many rows can I run free?
- The free plan includes 500 row-questions, no card required. One row-question is one question against one row.
Free plan: 500 row-questions. Paid plans from $29/mo.
